Contemporary artist Carrie Penley has strong Georgia roots, living in Carrolton and having graduated from UGA with an art degree in 1995. She describes herself as an American artist who utilizes different forms of media and techniques, including collage materials, neutral colors, expressive brush strokes and contrast to create unique works.
